Administrative Assistant

The San Angelo Chorus is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position plays a vital role in helping the Chorus serve its members, patrons, and the San Angelo community.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the artistic director and executive board, the administrative assistant will:

Oversee San Angelo Chorus email and main phone line and frequently check Chorus mailboxes.
Oversee the San Angelo Chorus website and work with web developer to ensure information is current and accurate.
Alongside the artistic director, schedule and coordinate auditions at the beginning of and middle of each season.
Assist in the management of uniform check out, check in, and cleaning.
Assist the librarian with the sorting and classification of music, as well as maintaining the music library.
Work alongside the artistic director and board president to coordinate with SAPAC on the venue needs for concerts
Assist in the communication to the choir through Choir Genius as needed.
Coordinate the travel and payment of instrumentalists for each concert.
Serve at the primary contact for the printers and ensure all marketing materials are picked up/mailed on schedule
Maintain master mailing list for all marketing materials
